I am looking for someone to take over my lease for a whole apartment located at Village Way in Maribyrnong and move in before the end of May.

The rent is $340 per week, $1477 per month. The lease ends on 15/8/2022, but I am sure you have the option to extend.

This apartment has 2 bed, 1 bath and 2 car spots (in a secure parking area). It also comes with a washing dryer and dishwasher.

I love this apartment because of the huge master bedroom with study nook and the even bigger balcony! The apartment gets the lovely afternoon sun and is always getting natural light which makes it perfect for plants. The second bedroom is on the smaller side but can easily fit a double bed and a desk comfortably or just be an office.

This apartment is in a prime location close to everything you need! 3 gyms are within walking distance, tram stops 5 min walk away, high point shopping centre is a 10 minute walk or less than 5 minute drive as well as all the homemaker centres. The river is also in walking distance which has many bike/walking tracks to explore. There is also a great pizza restaurant less then a 10 minute walk away!!!
